Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Neer Tech Technologies, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our IT products and services.

1. Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their subscription or service agreement. However, once a digital product/service license has been activated or the setup process has commenced, the initial setup fee may be non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy (Conditional)

We offer a conditional refund for our products and services under the following circumstances:

  • The product/service fails to perform the core functions as advertised.
  • Technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Refund Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, the claim must be initiated within 3 days of making the payment. Requests received after this 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Claim a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team with your transaction details and the specific reason for the refund request.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7-10 working days, subject to the policies of the payment gateway and your bank.
